We are a private event space located in Ventura, CA connected to Vintage Owl Rentals . This unique vintage industrial warehouse event space is perfect for micro and intimate weddings, receptions, birthday parties, popups, corporate events, product launches, art shows, workshops etc.

Our private event space operates between 8am and 11:00 pm. Need more time; just ask.
WHAT DOES OUR EVENT SPACE OFFER?
We offer tables, seating, beverage bar, accent walls, industrial buffet cart, roll up door, outdoor space, parking and more.
DO WE PROVIDE TABLES AND CHAIRS?
We provide farm tables and seating, pub tables, and belly barrels, with each venue rental. Partnered with Vintage Owl Rentals we are to able to style and customize your event.
WHAT ABOUT CATERING AND BARTENDING?
You are welcome to provide and serve your own food, catering, food trucks and refreshments. Alcohol may be served, not sold. Bar Service is required for 25+ guests. Ask about our in-house bar service.
WHAT DATES ARE AVAILABLE?

Pricing varies between events, guest sizes, dates, etc. Custom styling available.
DO WE HAVE PREFERRED VENDORS?
We definitely have a very solid list of vendors we love to use, but you’re welcome to use any vendors you’d like with approval.
